Once you place your order, your order is processed, and then your order will be ship to the address provided. Our standard delivery is priority, which is 2-5 days for arrival. Should you want your special package even quicker, we would be more then happy to do it for an additional fee.

All custom made items with in-stock material require 2-4 business days to ship.
All custom made items with material that is not in-stock, please allow 2 weeks to receive.

All items are made to order and orders begin to process immediately. Changes can be made to custom made orders that are made with in stock material within 3 hours. No changes to custom made orders with non-in stock material. As these non-in stock materials are ordered immediately to insure you receive your custom made product as soon as possible.
